Maximum capacitance offerings include 150nF @ 1000 VDC, 100nF @ 1250 VDC, 68nF @ 2000 VDC, 27nF @ 3000 VDC and 18nF @ 3500 VDC. Robust C0G BME technology allows these capacitors to operate reliably at 200°C making them ideal for harsh environments. No capacitance change with voltage and negligible capacitance change over temperature up to 200°C. Additionally, the C0G materials along with case size form factor lead to low series resistance and inductance allowing for higher current delivery. Materials used in KEMET's Pulse Discharge Capacitors are selected so that they are RoHS and REACH Compliant with no exemptions.
