In summary, large capacitance MLCCs are susceptible to PCB stress and temperature cycling. To address this problem, Chemi-Con has developed the NTF and NTJ series surface mount MLCCs. For larger capacitance values than can be offered in surface mount packages, the radial leaded NTD series and THD series are available. Chemi-Con‘s MLCCs offer high reliability and can be used in automotive, power supply, medical, and industrial applications.
