In summary, KEMET’s FPL WPT Ferrite Tiles are designed with proprietary ferrite material technology to offer high charging efficiency. Ferrite material is used in tiles, plates, or pads in wireless power-charging systems to increase system efficiency, by shielding and reflecting the magnetic field within the inductive transfer area. The FPL tiles increase efficiency in high-power WPT systems from 3.7 to 30 kW in a high-operating frequency range up to 1 MHz. The KEMET FPL WPT ferrite tiles operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and are available in various geometric sizes. These AEC-Q200 qualified tiles also feature low-temperature rise with high-magnetic flux density.
