CCG15/CCG30 Series 4:1 Input Range DC/DC Converters

TDK-Lambda's 15 W and 30 W rated single and dual output CCG series DC/DC converters operate over a 4:1 input range. These highly efficient products are enclosed in a 1-inch x 1-inch six-sided shielded metal case. Applications include data and telecommunications, process controls, broadcast, battery-powered, and test and measurement equipment.

The CCG-S models are available with 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, and 15 V outputs and the CCG-D models are available with ±12 V and ±15 V outputs which can be used in series to provide a single 24 V or 30 V output. The CCG-S and CCG-D models can operate from 9 V_DC to 36 V_DC or 18 V_DC to 76 V_DC input. These converters can operate from 12 V and 24 V or 24 V and 48 V nominal inputs without the need to stock two parts enabling inventory reduction programs.

The CCG series operates in the ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a maximum case temperature of +110°C. These converters are backed by a 5-year warranty, have a remote on/off function, and are protected against overvoltage and overcurrent conditions.

The fully-isolated CCG series has an input-to-output isolation of 1,500 V_DC and 1,000 V_DC isolation from input- or output-to-case. Safety certification includes IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950-1 and IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 with the CE marking for low voltage and RoHS2 directives.
