The GaNSPIN61x family integrates high-performance GaN power devices and a robust gate driver into advanced half-bridge SiPs. Available in two variants: GaNSPIN611 with 138 mΩ R_DS(ON) and GaNSPIN612 with 270 mΩ R_DS(ON). The series offers designers flexibility without compromising performance. With a finely tuned dv/dt of 10 V/ns, GaNSPIN delivers the ideal switching profile for motion control, enabling higher efficiency and smoother operation across a wide range of applications.

GaNSPIN integrates features engineers need to simplify design, reduce BOM cost, and boost system robustness. These include an integrated bootstrap diode for reliable high-side gate driver supply, an optimized 10 V/ns dv/dt for motion-specific switching performance, on-chip LDOs and regulators, tailored UVLO for consistent, high-quality power switching, interlocking protection to eliminate cross-conduction concerns, and Smart Shutdown overcurrent protection for ultra-fast fault response. Compact, compatible, and design-friendly, both GaNSPIN611 and GaNSPIN612 are pin-to-pin compatible and offered in a compact QFN 9×9 package, giving designers the freedom to scale or optimize without redesigning their board.
