GD25WD SPI NOR Flash Memory
GigaDevice offers a ultra-low-power Flash memory series with zero deep power-down current
GigaDevice offers the GD25WD series with zero deep power-down current and low active read current, targeting applications with low power consumption. The GD25WD series highlights include zero standby current and a wide voltage range from 1.65 V to 3.6 V.
The 128-bit unique ID functionality also offers enhanced security for low-power applications.

- Density: 512 Kb to 8 Mb
- Interface: single or dual SPI
- Dual-SPI data transfer of up to 160 Mb per second
- Flexible memory architecture (sector size: 4K bytes, block size: 32/64K bytes)
- High reliability with 20-year data retention and 100,000 program/erase cycles
- Wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Power consumption:
- Zero standby current: 0.1 µA (no need for Power Down)
- Read current down to 3 mA at 40 MHz
- Program/erase current: <10 mA
- Advanced security feature: 128-bit unique ID support smallest USON8 (1.5 mm x 1.5 mm) and KGD wafer option
