Image of onsemi High-Performance CMOS Op Ampsonsemi portfolio offers a wide range of CMOS operational amplifiers that include general-purpose, low-power, and precision families of single, dual, and quad devices. CMOS amplifiers offer the advantage of lower-power and higher-accuracy operation over the traditional bipolar amplifiers, especially in terms of input bias current, quiescent current, and input offset voltage. These families offer rail-to-rail operation, which gives a wider dynamic range. With varying system requirements, an offering that ranges from 270 kHz to 10 MHz provides system designers with the flexibility to choose an amplifier that meets their needs. In addition, they are available in several space-saving packages, thus meeting both power and space constraints often encountered in modern system designs.
