SCR Thyristors for High-Temperature Applications - SJxxxx Series
Littelfuse’s SJ series high-temperature SCR is ideal for unidirectional switch applications
Littelfuse's SJ series SCR thyristors' high junction temperature provides a wider operating margin in existing designs and allows the use of smaller heat sinks in new designs. By offering designers a wider operating margin than earlier SCRs, SJ series SCR switching thyristors make it possible to tolerate insufficient cooling and higher inrush currents at startup.
This series offers blocking voltage (VDRM) up to 600 V and a wide variety of current ratings from 4 A up to 40 A to support a wide range of applications. Multiple varieties of gate trigger current (IGT) are offered, 0.2 mA in sensitive gate SCR and between 6 mA and 40 mA in standard gate SCR.
