Texas Instrument ISOW7841 | DigiKey Daily
Texas Instruments' ISOW7840 is a family of high-performance, quad-channel reinforced digital isolators with an integrated high-efficiency power converter which provides isolated output power up to 650 milliwatts. The high-efficiency power converter allows for operation at higher ambient temperatures, up to 125°C. And with a wide-input voltage supply range from 3 volts to 5.5 volts, these devices can provide regulated outputs of 5 volts or 3.3 volts with available load currents up to 130 milliamps. Ideal applications for these isolators include industrial automation, motor control, grid infrastructure, medical equipment, and test and measurement.
