ROHM Semiconductor Automotive LDO Regulators | Datasheet Preview

ROHM's BD9xxN series is a line of linear regulators optimized for primary power supplies in a wide range of applications. These low current consumption products are specifically designed for automotive applications requiring a direct connection to the battery. The BD9xxN series features integrated Over Current Protection to prevent damages caused by short-circuiting, Thermal Shutdown Protection, and Under Lock Out to prevent false operation at low input voltage. The BD9xxN regulators can handle up to 45 V as an absolute maximum voltage and can operate up to 150 mA with a low consumption rate of 28 μA (Typ). The output voltage line-up includes 3.3 V, 5.0 V, and can be adjusted by an external resistive divider between 1.0 V and 18 V connected to the ADJ pin.
