Wolfspeed’s 1700 V silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs allow designers to experience high-speed switching with low capacitances, higher system efficiency, and simplified circuit solutions.
The 1700 V SiC MOSFETs from Wolfspeed are optimized for excellent versatility in auxiliary power supplies. The ultra-wide 12 V to 18 V turn-on gate voltage range coupled with 0 V turn-off voltage enables simplified auxiliary power supply designs without the need for additional voltage regulators or negative bias.
