Cabtite Modular Cable Entry System
Weidmuller's Cabtite is a modular cable entry system for pre-assembled cables and cables with and without plugs
Weidmuller's Cabtite modular cable entry system saves time and offers maximum flexibility in the management of cable in control cabinets, enclosures, and machines while also offering secure sealing and strain relief of pre-assembled and unassembled cables. The modular design consisting of a frame or cable gland, snap-in inlays, and sealing elements allows quick configuration of cable entry cut-outs without tools and with reliable sealing in IP66 according to DIN EN 60529. Three basic components in the modular principle guarantee the highest flexibility, variability, and a variety of options.
Features
- Fast adaptation of cable management in the event of system changes, service, and maintenance cases
- Tamper protection can be achieved through an optional internal locking frame
- No loss of warranty on pre-assembled cables
- IP66, NEMA 4X and 12 thanks to the captive foamed sealed gasket
- Integrated strain relief of the cables in accordance with DIN EN 62444
- Operation temperature range: -40°C to +120°C, depending on the material, for a wide variety of applications
- Installation safety through simple handling with acoustic feedback
