SMC Diode Solutions' ultra-fast rectifiers can effectively reduce conduction and switching loss
SMC Diode Solutions' SDUR60F60W and SDUR60FU60W are high-voltage, high-current, ultra-fast recovery diodes with a reverse withstand voltage of 600 V and a maximum current of 60 A. They adopt the TO-247AC standard packaging, with strong heat dissipation ability, lower forward conduction voltage drop VF, faster reverse recovery time, and reduced conduction and switching loss. They can be widely used in various rectifier outputs, are suitable for high-power applications, and are the best choice for various switching power supplies and converters. The SDUR60F60W is especially suited for output rectification of high-power soft switching power supplies while the SDUR60FU60W is well suited for high-power active power factor correction applications.
