SMC Diode Solutions' 123SPD100A is a surface-mounted Schottky diode with a reverse withstand voltage of 100 V and a maximum current of 120 A. It is packaged in SPD-4 and has strong heat dissipation ability, with a maximum operating junction temperature of +175°C.
It has a lower forward conduction voltage drop VF, lower conduction and switching losses, and can be widely used in various rectifier outputs. It is suitable for low-voltage and high-current applications and an excellent choice for switching power supplies and converters. In addition to finished devices, this specification is also available on bare wafers.
