They are assembled in ISO/TS16949-certified facilities to ensure high quality and that they meet current automotive industry standards.They are made with  V-0/glow wire combination resin, which reduces the cost of materials and labor and allows customers to meet the European standard for electrical requirements. UL 1061 discrete wires for cable assemblies meet 2015/863/EU RoHS compliance. Delivers 4.2 A to 5.0 A with a 3.00 mm pitch (positive lock) and includes TPA to prevent terminal back-out. Circuit size options: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 circuits.

  • Dielectric withstanding voltage: 1,700 VAC/minute

  • Contact insertion force (max): 15N
  • Contact retention to housing (min): 25N
  • Mating force (max): 27N (8 circuit-latch activated condition)
  • Unmating force (min): 55.4N (8 circuit latch activated condition)
  • Durability (max): 25 cycles
  • Housing: PA66 UL 94V-0 (non-glow wire capable)
  • Operating temperature: -40°C to +80°C
  • Contact: tin brass
