Low Profile PCB Cylindrical Battery Clips
Keystone clips are available for A, AA, AAA, AAAA, N, C, D, and 18650 lithium cells
Keystone offers a complete series of battery clips for a variety of cylindrical battery cells. Their clips are available for surface mount and through-hole mount circuit board applications. Surface mountable versions are manufactured with a flow-hole SMT solder tail which significantly enhances joint strength and assures battery retention. THM versions are designed with solder legs for extra strength and stability during and after the wave solder process.
Manufactured from spring steel, with tin nickel plate finish, clips will withstand shock and vibration. Keystone's battery clips are ideal for dense PCB placements, higher energy, lower weight portable electronics for medical, telecommunications, and industrial usage. Clips are available in both bulk and tape and reel packaging for automatic pick and place insertion operations.
Keystone's extensive line of battery hardware for SMT and THM applications includes clips, holders, retainers, and straps in a wide variety of configurations and sizes.
