Features
  • All-in-one power stage IC that integrates high-side and low-side GaN FETs, an internal gate driver, a level shifter, synchronous bootstrap charging, and a logic interface in a compact 3.5 mm x 5 mm QFN package
  • High current and high voltage capability: rated for up to 35 A load current (at 1 MHz) and 100 V maximum input
  • Low RDS(ON): 6.6 m for both high-side and low-side FETs, minimizing conduction losses
  • Ultra-fast switching: capable of operating above 1 MHz for high-frequency converters
  • Efficient performance: greater than 96% peak efficiency demonstrated in a 48 V to 12 V buck converter at 1 MHz, handling 8 A to 17 A continuous load
