Diodes' DMTH6010 MOSFET is designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is qualified to AEC-Q101, supported by a PPAP, and is ideal for use in a variety of applications including engine management systems, DC/DC converters, and body-control electronics. The DMTH6010 is rated to +175°C, making it ideal for high ambient temperature environments. It features fast switching speeds as well as low input capacitance and high conversion efficiency. This device is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen- and antimony-free making it a "green" device.
