HMC8191 6 GHz to 26.5 GHz RF MMIC Mixer
Analog Devices’ microwave mixers for Milcom, base stations, and test instrumentation
ADI's HMC8191 is a wideband I/O monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) with a frequency range of 6 GHz to 26.5 GHz and an intermediate frequency (IF) range of DC to 5 GHz. This MMIC has 40 dB (typical) of LO to RF and LO to IF isolation and 20 dB (typical) of RF to IF isolation. Amplitude balance is at ±0.5 dB (typical). This mixer comes in a 24-LFCSP (4x4) package and has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The HMC8191 is ideal for military, defense, and base stations applications.
