ams OSRAM's 3-in-1 high-quality multi-emitters offer green, red, and infrared (IR) in one package

Image of ams-OSRAM's SFH7018 MultiLEDams OSRAM's SFH7018A and SFH7018B MULTILED devices are next-generation 3-in-1 multi-emitters that offer green, red, and IR in one package. These high-performance emitters are designed for monitoring heart rate and SpO2. The MULTILED devices offer a higher accuracy due to an optimized light output and reduced interference between the dies. The highly efficient QFN package features a unique two-cavity design.

The MULTILED SFH 7018A focuses on a low forward voltage (2.65 VF typical) at a high current (200 mA). The MULTILED SFH 7018B focuses on maximum radiant intensity. Compared to the SFH 7016, these emitters are 2x brighter for green and more than 45% brighter for red and IR.
