In order to use the Boost mode, it is only necessary to move the supply end of L0 from one point to another. Normally L0 biases the PA with 1.4 V from the internal switch mode power supply to achieve highest efficiency, but it can be connected to the battery voltage for power output greater than 11 dBm. This function is fully documented in Application note AN4198.
