(From User Guide) The purpose of this document is to provide information on the STEVAL-ISA081V1 switched mode power supply (SMPS) demonstration board. The STEVAL-ISA081V1 is an isolated SMPS capable of delivering a 12 W output over a wide input voltage range. It is designed for a mains application focused on providing a cost-effective and space-saving solution.
The STEVAL-ISA044V6 demonstration board is based on the ST1S10 device assembled in a DFN package. The ST1S10 is a step-down DC-DC converter with the inhibit function optimized for powering high voltages in LCD applications and low voltages in digital-core HDD applications.
The TPS54327 is a single, adaptive on-time, D-CAP2™-mode, synchronous buck converter requiring a very low external component count. The D-CAP2™ control circuit is optimized for low-ESR output capacitors such as POSCAP, SP-CAP, or ceramic types and features fast transient response with no external compensation. The switching frequency is internally set at a nominal 700 kHz.
The TPS6208x synchronous switched mode converters are based on DCS™ Control (Direct Control with Seamless transition into Power Save Mode). This is an advanced regulation topology that combines the advantages of hysteretic and voltage mode control.
The EPC9102 demonstration board is a 12 V output, 375 kHz phase shifted full bridge (PSFB) eighth brick converter with 17 A maximum output current and 36 V to 60 V input voltage range. The demonstration board features the EPC2001 enhancement mode (eGaN®) field effect transistors (FETs), as well as the first eGaN FET specific integrated circuit driver – the National LM5113 from Texas Instruments. …
The LM22670 series of regulators are monolithic integrated circuits which provide all of the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator capable of driving up to 3A loads with excellent line and load regulation characteristics. High efficiency (>90%) is obtained through the use of a low ON-resistance N-channel MOSFET.
This evaluation board is an offline, wide-range, VIPer22A-E dual-output power supply with a switching frequency of 60 kHz and is set up for secondary regulation with an optocoupler. One output delivers 5 V at 1 A and a second output delivers 12 V at 0.42 A, making for a total output power of 10 W.
The LM5007 Step down switching regulator features all of the functions needed to implement low cost, efficient, Buck bias regulators.
The LM5574 evaluation board is designed to provide the design engineer with a fully functional power converter based on Emulated Current Mode Control to evaluate the LM5574 regulator IC. The evaluation board provides a 5V output with a 0.5A current capability. The ultra-wide input voltage ranges from 7V to 75V. The design operates at 300kHz, a good compromise between conversion efficiency and so…
Many appliances today use non-isolated power supply to furnish low output power required to run a micro, LED display, and a few relays or AC switches. This type of power supply has a single rectifier so as to reference the neutral to output ground in order to fire TRIACs or AC switches.
