80 V RETs

Nexperia’s 80 V RETs provide enough headroom for use in 48 V automotive board net (e.g. mild hybrid EV cars) and other higher voltage circuits which are often subject to large spikes and pulses that previous 50 V parts could not handle. The 80 V RETs are available in single and double versions with 100 mA current rating. The three standard packages available are the leaded versions of SOT23, SOT323, and SOT363. The 80 V RETs in leadless packages such as the DFN packages with side-wettable flanks are currently in development.
