R-78HE-0.3 Series Switching Regulator

RECOM’s R-78HE-0.3 series was developed for 12 V to 60 V battery-powered applications, 36 V to 48 V lithium-ion applications, 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V lead-acid battery applications. It can withstand a 100 V surge (allowing elimination of external voltage clamping circuits and facilitating the use of only an LC filter for Class A and B EMC conformity), has an exceptionally wide input of 6.5 V up to 72 V, and an impressive operating temperature range of -40°C up to +105°C. The series has an efficiency rating of 83% and is compactly sized in a SIP3 case. It also boasts a high MTBF (15000 Khrs), tight regulation, and low quiescent current consumption. It is short circuit protected and has overcurrent protection.
